KNS Architects crafts a gallery-esque high-end chair showroom for Office Ideas in Mumbai, where the products are showcased as works of art…

Zeroing in a hexagonal form as the primary design inspiration, different geometrical shapes are derived to break the symmetry of the 2,000 sq. ft. area of the commercial outfit by stretching and pulling the form for a playful variation.

These variations are then stacked at different levels to create platforms of variegated sizes, highlighted and differentiated with the use of 3-D solid and translucent surfaces. Designed to add movement and character to the space, these pedestal-esque platforms dramatize set-ups for display of fanciful residential and commercial chairs.

Diligently crafted in tandem with a series of lighting experiences, these Corian and frosted glass platforms elicit a keen sense of awe and intrigue, whilst the scenography provides a neutral yet animated backdrop in an artistic blend of material and forms.

“Since natural light was almost absent, artificial lighting became the key element of design,” emphasizes Ar. Neemesh Shah of KNS Architects. Keeping the overall shell dimly lit, spotlights show off the colours and textures of the products in their true form. In addition, reconfigurable LED track lights are used to enable a modular and flexible store layout.

But what really impresses is that despite the site being static, the architects have created a suspended ceiling with mezzanine levels and overhung pods that augment spaciousness, drama and interest. The cantilevered volume houses the back office and meeting rooms in addition to enhanced display options.  KNS Architects crafts a gallery-esque high-end chair showroom

Use of clear glass fosters a visual connectedness and openness within the overall space, whilst materials such as wood, white laminate and mirror harmonise a unified feel. To add a sense of depth, horizontal wooden bands are positioned as angular planes running along the length of the entire showroom, augmenting depth; whereas grey mirrored surfaces anoint the back wall – creating an illusion of additional space. The neutral river-washed black granite flooring sustains the simplicity of the material palette with LEDs inserted into the flooring to subtly differentiate various brands offered by the company as well as further amplify the perception of depth. Deliberate use of glass for the façade allows a passer-by a peek into the store and the intriguing mezzanine area, arousing just the right amount of curiosity for perhaps,

Enchanted Village of Morzine Casts a Spell for Kids

Enchanted Village of Morzine Casts a Spell for Kids

Christmas is a magical time of the year, but I also know just how stressful it can be for parents – this is especially true for those with a boisterous brood! This Xmas, why not whisk the whole family off for an unforgettable vacation? This can take a great deal of pressure off the family occasion, whilst treating the little ones to plenty of adventurous fun.
Morzine is a wonderful place to spend Christmas with its two-week festival over the holi-days called “The Enchanted Village of Morzine”. A lovely and festive atmosphere sweeps across the child-friendly resort, and there are lots of great facilities and activities for kids.

In the unlikely event that they tire of the festival and skiing opportunities, kids can also enjoy sledding, ice skating, swimming, husky sledding and more. There is plenty for mum and dad to experience here too! Another key selling point? A quick and easy journey to get there: fly into Geneva and then jump into a pre-booked Geneva to Morzine transfer.

Check out the schedule for the brilliant two-week festival:

Illuminations – To get everybody in the festive mood, the entire Tourist Office Square is decorated with stunning illuminated decorations. This looks fantastic against the white of the snow lit up beneath the starry night sky.

Father Christmas – What is Christmas without a visit from jolly Old Saint Nick!? The little ones will be thrilled to see Santa arrive in the village with plenty of joy and gifts in tow.

Workshops – Keeping children happy and entertained can be challenging over the holidays, but not here. There are dozens of workshops to keep them busy and this is also a great way for them to make new friends. Card making, garland- and druid-making work-shops are just a few options.

Ice Sculpture – Professional ice sculptor Sebastien Cohendet is in town and watching him turn a block of ice into a piece of art is an experience that is sure to dazzle the entire family.

Fireworks – Get ready for plenty of “ooohs” and “ahhs” with Morzine’s very own fireworks displays. In the snowy mountains, this is a unique experience and even more magical than the displays you get back home.

Children’s Cookery Classes – Another great way to keep your brood busy, the children’s cooking classes will teach them how to make a range of tasty treats in a fun and safe environment. Who knows, they may enjoy it so much that they offer to cook back at home!

Street Theatre – No Christmas is complete without theatrics. Watch the superb and highly amusing street theatre parades put on over the course of the festival. These really un-ite the village and get everybody in the mood for an unforgettable Christmas.

Entry to the festival is free too, so you can benefit from all this excitement without break-ing the bank! Now that is good value for money.

The enchanting resort of Morzine is really easy to reach too. Simply book a flight to Ge-neva and arrange a Geneva to Morzine transfer in advance. There are dozens of flights made from a number of budget carriers, and the flight takes just under 1.5 hours. A Geneva to Morzine transfer will take a little over an hour, so you can sit back and enjoy the views as you are whisked away into the mountains.

Morzine is a marvellous place to spend the holidays this year as it becomes a breathtaking winter wonderland and has dozens of activities to keep the kids happy and content.

Itchy Male Organ Relief: Shaving Crabs

Itchy Male Organ Relief: Shaving Crabs

To some extent, the malignant male organ comes with its territory; it’s all part of being a man. But crabs are not part of the territory and should not be something related to men. Sometimes even people who have been careful with their male organ health habits may find themselves with lice-induced itching members. If this happens with frequency, or if crabs are persistent, shaving can be an option to explore.
About crabs

Many schoolchildren come down with head lice, and that’s the kind of ticks most people think. Crabs, however, are in fact different pest forms – albeit associated with more common head lice. Itchy Male Organ Relief: Shaving Crabs

The crab is very small, its length is only about two millimeters (or less than a tenth of an inch). Thus, they are very hard to see. If someone sees them under a microscope, one can see that they have a shape similar to a sea crab – hence their common nickname.

Not about disease

Fortunately, crabs are basically benign – meaning they do not transmit the disease. But that does not mean they are happy to have. When a person has a crab, he has an itchy male organ that will not stop. The itch itself can be annoying and irritating; it would be embarrassing when a man caught with his hand was itching. A man just scratching, but it seems he has an uncontrollable desire to caress himself.

Most of the time, a man catches crabs through skin-to-skin contact with others who have them. Sometimes, they can be picked up when maturity comes in contact with objects (such as sheets or blankets) that have ticks on it.

Shaving

There are some treatments to get rid of crabs, but in some cases small creatures can be very resistant to leaving their new homes. In this case, many men find that shaving members and the surrounding area can help rid the body of pests.

Shaving can help for two reasons: (1) Crabs like to make themselves comfortable in the hair in the male organ area. It provides extra warmth and security for them. And (2) when the hair has been removed, it is easier to see the small parasite and to remove it.

For those who have not “manscaped” the maturity before, here are some tips:

– Trim with scissors before taking a razor to the area. This will be more effective and help avoid painful long withdrawal of hair.

– Soak the area with warm soapy water. Shaving in the tub might be more comfortable.

– Use a lot of foam – and make it as a chemical – and smell-free as possible. The male organ skin is very sensitive, and chemicals can cause a burning sensation.

– Exercise very carefully. Allow plenty of time to shave; A man does not want to make a mistake with a razor when near a member.

After shaving, check out other wild crabs. Continue treatment as recommended until someone is sure that the crab has gone for good.

Crabs can create a long-term itchy organ situation, so chasing them is aggressively plausible. After being shaved, be sure to take care of maturity by using a top-notch male health organ crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). The skin may be sensitive for a day or two, so crème that can keep skin moist is very important; look for one that contains a combination of high-end emollients (such as Shea butter) and a natural hydrator (such as vitamin E). In addition, treat areas with creme that include vitamin D. These vitamins are often called “miracle” vitamins because they are very effective in fighting disease and enabling cell function. Good for skin, good for maturity. Itchy Male Organ Relief: Shaving Crabs

For true adrenaline addicts, winter and cold weather are not enough to accommodate them. The cool climate offers the perfect canvas to create the finest kind of brave art. All it takes is a sense of adventure and steel nerves to participate in this winter sport; travel insurance will not harm either! Contrary to popular belief, excitement can be found under cold weather. If you are ready for another truly worldly experience to Tignes in France for ice diving.

Expert divers put aside their thermal and wool jackets leaning on a dive device that lets them sink into the dark and silent frozen lake. And the best part is you can come too! The world beneath a thick layer of solid ice becomes alive because the air bubbles capture the glowing sunlight. If you can keep your screams (which no one will hear), this is said to be a charming and almost subtle experience.

Take it into the air

While it may not belong to the ‘winter sports’ category, travel insurance will still include the adrenaline pumping activity of the zip lining. La Tyrolienne is the latest attraction to reach the top ski resort in Trois Vallees. Skiers, snowboarders and all the common winter fans can finally fly for long periods of time as they actually zip from the ski areas of Orelle and Val Thorens.

Precisely, it will fly across the snow landscape at an altitude of 3230m, reaching speeds of up to 100km per hour. The experience is mentioned almost as closely as you can “imitate the journey of a hawk in flight” – perhaps also complete with screams.

Do not Knock it Until You Look For It

If need is the mother of discovery then boredom is surely her only child. Boredom is definitely to blame for the creation of the genius of Shovel Racing. However, it actually requires steel nerves, some level of unquenchable skill and thirst for adventure, which of course is a true magic combination.

After a long absence due to many unexpected plans and their results, Shovel Racing has returned! Practicing may or may not be necessary for this one, but entrants need only to take their trusty shovels, sit back and prepare to slide down the snow-covered slopes in hopes of achieving glory in the annual Racing Shovel World Championships held in February. Um, good luck? Grab the Snow by Storm: Must-Try Winter Sports for Dare Devils

Cold Will Not Stop Adrenaline Solidification

The adrenaline screams found when complaining against the worst that Mother Nature can pass to you are not at all like the others. The various activities available for the winter brave is proof that busyness is achievable, but may require some creativity and an open mind. Before you set out for the winter adventure, be sure to secure a good winter sports travel insurance so you can really watch out for the cold winds.

Try this Traditional Cuisine for your Scottish Cruise

If the only thing you think about when someone mentions Scottish food is Martian rock and fried macaroni baked into a pie crust, you’ll be surprised by Scottish cruises. On our way down the Caledonian Canal, our on-board chef likes to celebrate excellent local cuisine and – I promise – there will not be a visible Mars Bar.
Of course, in a country with a river full of wild salmon, huge estates filled with deer, sheep and cattle (other than for grouse birds, pheasants and forest donkeys), it is ridiculous to imagine that the night chip shops in the cities offer the best. of his cooking. Our Scottish voyage down the canal – which runs from Inverness in the east to Fort William in the west – meandering through some of Scotland’s most beautiful and lush countryside, with access to some of its freshest local materials. Suitable Material for Royalty

Traditionally, the British and Scottish aristocracies have looked to the rural parts of Scotland to provide some of its most exclusive materials. Whether it’s tasty venison or Aberdeen Angus, fresh salmon from the river or lobster, crabs, shellfish, shellfish and shrimp caught offshore, Scotland has long been considered the closet for the top tables of the British Isles. .

Scotch fare is warm

But not just the rich and famous people who have enjoyed the wealth of good food on offer north of the border. Traditional Scottish dishes such as haggis, Scotch broth, and Cullen skink are all well-known around the world.

Many visitors to Scotland are a bit intimidated by what might be considered a national dish of the country: haggis. It is made from liver chopped liver, liver and oatmeal all mixed together with various herbs before put into the stomach of the lamb. It may sound too intriguing, but believe me there is a good reason why the Scots eat this delicious. If you are feeling adventurous try it – it is really delicious served with custom neeps and tatties (mashed horseradish flavored or potato rolls and mashed potatoes with nutmeg). Once you have found haggis love, you may want to try the sausage as well.

Another rustic treatment worth a try while you’re on your Scottish voyage is a traditional haddock soup known as the Cullen skink. Made from smoked haddock, onions and potatoes, this is warming up after a brush with Scottish weather. For a warmer stew that looks more like a stew, try the Scotch broth. Traditionally made with goat meat, but now often found using lamb, soup is removed with barley and fresh root vegetables. Try this famous soup, or any other Scottish dish, served with traditional local bannocks (stove bread made from grains) or oatcakes (savory biscuits made from wheat flour).

On your Scottish voyage you will find that Scottish food is, like a landscape, honest, healthy and rustic – it makes a wonderful discovery, filled with unexpected taste.

The spatial constraints of a Mumbai home have been overcome with unique elements that become part of a coherent design, each element part of a larger whole. The home is a cosy and comfortable haven for the family, yet chic and modern to encourage the social function of the space.

This holiday home is a style statement

Opulent finishes render the house glamorous yet elegant. Neutral and natural colours of wood imbue the space with understated charm. Variants of veneer with natural polish such as fumed stripy oak in the living room, fumed eucalyptus in the guest room, dyed ash sage in the children’s room, dyed oak in the master bedroom… all contribute to varying shades of neutral envelope and comfortable décor.

A wide range of Italian marble like the grey Fresco, bronze Armani in the living room and white Travertino in the master bedroom futher the natural feel and colours, while adding a dimension of richness.

Frosted glass and Italian marble wall cladding enhance the extravagance. While the use of mirrors as wall claddings effectively triumphs over the visual constraint of a tight rectangular space.

The subtle colours of upholstery, art pieces and ceiling features in most spaces become part of and enhance the natural décor, while an apt contrast is achieved in the girl’s room with spunky colours and geometric patterns and projections.

The detail-driven work and crisp programming of lines and spaces is also evident from the furniture pieces, customised on site to derive integrated and efficient solutions as well as add unique grandeur to the interiors.

A dynamic lighting palette enhances each space; geometric patterns create varying moods for different occasions, rendering the space with drama and grandiose. This holiday home is a style statement

Top Tips for a Stress-Free Family Skiing Holiday

Top Tips for a Stress-Free Family Skiing Holiday

Whatever your destination, going on a family holiday with young children in tow can be stressful. But don’t worry: with careful planning and research, you can ensure that your family will have an unforgettable holiday for all the right reasons!
Now that the winter season’s upon us again, there’s no better time to hit the slopes with your family. People often shy away from taking young children on skiing holidays, but with so many fantastic and child-friendly resorts to choose from, it is an ideal option for those wanting fun-packed days and cosy nights spent in alpine chalets.

We’ve put together some tips to help you plan the perfect holiday on the pistes.

Timing Is Everything!

Peak season is often the busiest time, attracting skiers of all ages. During Christmas, New Year and school holidays, expect to see lots of skiing families. If you prefer to have the slopes and the resorts to yourself, the first two weeks of January are the best time to go. And if you’re not tied to the school holidays, the off-peak season is even better.

Research, Research and More Research

Did we mention research? The key to the perfect family skiing holiday is to research the best resort to suit your needs. Ideally, you want an accommodation that’s completely child-friendly. What’s more, it shouldn’t be too far away from the slopes, so that you and your family are ready to ski as soon as you wake up.

The importance of choosing a resort with all desired amenities cannot be underestimated. Look out for resorts with shops, a good variety of restaurants and a pharmacy, as children are often accident prone.

Lastly, don’t forget to check out the resort’s entertainment facilities to keep your little ones busy on and off the piste.

Pre-Book Ski Essentials Before Your Holiday

Avoid long queues and pre-book your ski lessons, ski passes and ski hire before you even get on the plane. That way, you’ll be ready to hit the pistes as soon as you land.

It’s All on the List

If it’s on the list, you won’t forget it! Planning a holiday with children can often feel like a military operation, but making a list of the things that you and your children will need can make your holiday go much more smoothly. Here are a few things that you should definitely write down.

1. Don’t forget to pack your ski holiday insurance. This is often the last thing that people think about, but travelling with children is stressful enough, so put your mind at rest and take out a comprehensive ski holiday insurance – it’ll keep your family covered on and off the slopes.

2. Take spare gloves and hats with you, as these often get lost or misplaced.

3. Don’t forget to pack your children’s toiletries and medicine. It’s also a good idea to take plasters and ointment for all potential bumps and bruises.

4. Make sure that you bring games, books, toys and any other gadgets that will keep the little ones entertained on long journeys and during cosy nights in the chalet.

And Lastly…

Enjoy yourselves! Spending some quality time with your children will give you some moments that you’ll remember forever – and you’ll remember them for all the right reasons if you take out some ski holiday insurance before your trip!

Your Ultimate Guide to Traveling in Morocco

Morocco is a truly magnificent destination with unique culture, history and many places to explore! From kasbah (fort) to the Sahara Desert, nothing will not amaze you and be attracted to this country. Many Moroccans I met were very nice, friendly, and friendly! Not to mention the fascinating places to visit and the low cost of living as well. If you are planning to visit sometime, here are some tips for traveling in Morocco. Your Ultimate Guide to Traveling in Morocco
1. Morocco is an affordable tourist destination. Although with the increasing number of tourists in recent years, it is still a relatively cheap place to visit. You can still find affordable accommodation that is located around the city center and eat cheaply.

2. Ready to bargain. Depending on what you buy, some goods on the streets and local markets can be high but very acceptable to bargain at the best price.

3. If you want to go on a journey like the Sahara Desert, you do not need to book in advance because there are travel agents anywhere that offer such tours. Sometimes, you may find a better deal directly than you do online.

4. Learn some phrases in Arabic (or French). They are the main language of instruction in Morocco. Given the increasing number of tourists there, you should be fine with English. However, knowing some keywords and phrases in Arabic (and French) can be useful when you interact with locals, especially in rural areas.

5. As a Muslim country, Morocco is still bound by religious traditions and norms on how to behave and behave in society. While this is one of the more progressive Muslim countries (especially in terms of women’s status) and more tolerant of tourists, dressing modestly is for your own sake and can save your attention and problems. Also, do not pretend to dress modestly whenever possible. It can risk attracting attention from pickpockets and false guides (wrong). Your Ultimate Guide to Traveling in Morocco
